Welcome to Phospace. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Phospace website, applications, and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the registration information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We may require email verification before your account becomes active.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

5. Communities and moderation

Communities are created and moderated by their owners and moderators, who may set additional rules, remove content, or ban members from their communities. Phospace administrators may additionally remove content, delete communities or channels, or suspend and ban accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phospace is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for content posted by other users.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
